I'm not responsible for any lost items. Insurance is not available on any hazardous materials.
All orders will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap and will be shipped in a padded envelope.
In case you receive a damage item, I'm more than happy to replace it. Please send a clear picture of the broken polish within 24 hours of delivery.
Orders will not be refunded or reshipped once the tracking information indicates the package was delivered (marked delivered, accepted, received, etc.)
