ULTA Blues Cruise

Hi there!
This is Blues Cruise from ULTA, a royal blue jelly base packed with blue glitter.
I applied two coats over Revlon Royal.

I stamped using Cheeky CH48 (from the new set) with Barry M Foil Effect Silver.
