This is Miss Conduct from the Orly 2012 Holiday Naughty Or Nice Collection.
Miss Conduct is a magenta base with holographic glitter, the formula was great and so was the pigmentation. I only needed two coats for full opacity.
On my ring finger I applied Black Spotted from OPI and I stamped the rest using image plate DRK-A
